Our story began with a quest for purpose. While searching for my next career move, I was struck by the inconsistencies in corporate social responsibility. Diversity and inclusion policies often didn't align with the numbers, company narratives clashed with employee experiences, and ESG scores lacked transparency. The prevalence of greenwashing, where companies "pretend they are saving the planet while harming it and polluting it even more,” as my daughter aptly put it, was equally concerning.
This inspired a mission: to create a company that helps brands authentically embrace environmental and social responsibility. And so, NBS Factory was born.
We are an agency at the intersection of strategic consulting, marketing, and data science, supporting brands in their environmental and social transformation. Our aim is to generate a positive and measurable impact on brand stakeholders, primarily consumers, fostering trust and engagement.
