Our Story

It started with a job search and talking to my daughter. 

When looking for my next job, I was looking for the companies acting Social. I looked at their diversity & inclusion policy, and compared it to their own numbers. I was often surprised to see a gap. Also, I looked at what companies said about themselves, and what employees or people who interacted with these companies said. It was confusing, as different. Finally, I looked at diverse ESG scores, and guess what?  It was different, and very often lacking transparency.


Environment is also critical. IPCC reports came out and did not resonate so much. I wanted to see which companies were NOT taking environment and natural resources for granted, and NOT using them for free. I was astonished by the high number of greenwashing I encountered. As my daughter once said to me, "they pretend they are saving the planet while harming it and polluting it even more”.


Another time she told me: “Mum, as it is your job to build beautiful brands and take care of the planet, why don’t you create a company that helps others do exactly this and stop greenwashing?”

So here it is!

NBS factory is an agency supporting brands in their environmental and social transformation. It sits at the intersection of strategic consulting, marketing, and data science.
