NBS Factory is committed to addressing any dissatisfaction as part of our continuous improvement process. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 business hours. We undertake to analyze your request and provide a written response (including corrective actions or explanations) within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
